Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging
- With all tags, labels, and accessories intact
Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved wallets, monogrammed belts)
Gift cards or promotional items
Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless defective)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (for online payments) or via bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa (for COD orders).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a FAWNIC error (wrong or defective item).

Customers may exchange a product for another item of equal or higher value.

- If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
- Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

For standard returns (change of mind, size issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
